Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba Offers ‘Summer Sweets & Bread’

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will be selling ‘Summer Sweets & Bread’ from July 1st to August 31st.

Pastry items include the ‘Verrine Peche’, consisting of layers of white peach Bavarois and red peach gelée (850 yen), ‘Charlotte Pine’, a jelly made with pineapple juice from Ishigaki Island wrapped in Charlotte sponge (800 yen), ‘Mango Pudding’ combined with jasmine tea jelly (850 yen), and a peach-flavored custard cream squeezed onto baked tart dough with almond cream inside, named ‘White Peach Tart’ (850 yen).

Bakery items feature ‘Peach Anpan’, a bread dough mixed with concentrated peach paste, filled with sweet bean paste and peaches preserved in Western liquor (370 yen), and ‘Lemon and Cream Cheese Brioche’, combining cream cheese, custard, and lemon paste with semi-dried lemon pieces baked into brioche dough (580 yen).

Located on the 2nd floor at the ‘Bakery & Pastry Shop’. All prices include taxes.
