Kyukamura Norikura Kogen is selling the ‘3026 Norikura Shinshu Salmon Bowl’ from July 1 to October 31.
This dish commemorates the 20th anniversary of Nagano Prefecture’s brand fish, “Shinshu Salmon,” and features a bowl approximately 30.26 centimeters high, inspired by the Mount Tsurugi (an elevation of 3,026 meters). It consists of approximately 500 grams of rice topped with slices of Shinshu Salmon and roe.
Available from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (last order) at a price of 3,500 yen (tax included), with a limit of 5 servings per day.
