Hotel New Otani Hakata has added four new menus to its lunchtime exclusive ‘Teppan Selection’ starting August 1.
The new additions include ‘Rare Katsu of Japanese Black Beef’ (4,950 yen), fried at a high temperature to lock in the natural flavors of the beef, ‘Grilled Misuji with Green Onion and Salt Sauce’ (3,850 yen), American beef Misuji combined with long onions and salt sauce to enhance its soft fat and aromatic flavors, ‘American Twinburg’ (3,080 yen), adding a tangy twist with secret ingredients of mayonnaise and mustard, and ‘Teppan Napolitan’ (3,080 yen), based on tomato sauce topped with a soft-boiled egg finished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese right before your eyes. In addition to these four, the ‘Teppan Hamburger Lunch’ (3,080 yen) and ‘Sirloin Steak’ (3,850 yen) continue to be available.
These are offered at the Castilian Room on the basement first floor, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Prices are exclusive of service charge.
