Hilton Nagoya is hosting the ‘Journey through Latin American Cuisine’ lunch & dinner buffet from August 22 to November 6.
The autumn buffet, centered around Latin American and healthy food themes, offers a culinary journey around the world. The menu includes Brazil’s meat dish ‘Churrasco’, Peru’s seafood ceviche, Cuba’s custard pudding ‘Flan’, and Mexico’s ‘Tacos’ and ‘Guacamole’, with amaranth, hemp seeds, roasted soybean flour, miso, and plum vinegar adding unique touches to traditional Latin American cuisine.
The venue is the ground floor’s all-day dining ‘In Place 3-3’. Serving times are from 11:30 AM to 2 PM for lunch, and dinner is in four shifts starting at 5:30 PM, 6 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:30 PM, each lasting 90 minutes. Prices are 5,500 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for children (6-12 years) on weekdays for lunch, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, 6,500 yen for adults and 3,500 yen for children.
