Grand Hyatt Fukuoka has started offering a dinner order buffet from September 1st.
In this new style, guests can select one main dish and enjoy an order buffet where you can eat as much of the other menu items as you like, a prefix course that allows you to customize the menu to your liking, and an a la carte option where dishes can be ordered individually. Sample menu items include “Hakata Mentaiko Spaghetti” with fried mentaiko and salmon roe, “Uzura’s Whole Roasted Tan-Tan Noodles” where noodles and minced meat are stuffed in quail and roasted whole then served with soup, and “Motsu Hotpot and Risotto for Finishing – THE MARKET F Style” paired with a beef consommé soup.
Additionally, the drink lineup has been expanded to include Japanese sake, plum wine, and Japanese whisky, offering beverages that pair well with the dishes.
The location is the first-floor restaurant “The Market F.” Available from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with last order at 8:30 pm. The order buffet is limited to 120 minutes, with a last order at 90 minutes. Prices are 8,000 yen for the order buffet, 6,500 yen for the prefix course, and a la carte starts from 800 yen. Prices include tax but exclude service charges.
