Best Bridal and Best-Anniversary will be offering the ‘HONEY CHRISTMAS Afternoon Tea’ from November 13 to December 25, in collaboration with the honey beauty brand ‘HACCI’. With ‘White’, ‘Gold’, and ‘Red’ as the key colors, this Christmas season limited afternoon tea will feature HACCI’s honey in sweets and savory items.
Some items on the menu include ‘Poached Pear in Lemon Verbena Jelly with a Light Acacia Honey Foam’, a combination of lemon verbena and the subtly flavored acacia honey; a tribute to Santa Claus in the form of ‘Strawberry and Lime Mousse with Lavender Honey’, highlighting the clear scent of lavender honey with the fresh touch of strawberries and lime; and ‘Christmas Macarons’, which sandwiches white chocolate and acacia honey meringue with buttercream, mixed with six types of spices, designed to mimic Christmas ornaments.
The participating facilities include The Strings Hakata, Aoyama St. Grace Cathedral, Platinum Guesthouse Art Grace Club, Iseyama Hills, Strings Hotel Nagoya, and St. Grace Villa. Prices start at 5,500 yen for the standard plan on weekdays, and 6,000 yen for the Mariage Frères tea selection plan, including tax and service charge.
