Qantas Airways Launches Brisbane-Manila Route, Operating 4 Round Trips a Week Starting October 28
Qantas Airways has inaugurated its Brisbane-Manila route on October 28.
The service operates four round trips a week, with departures from Brisbane on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and from Manila on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The route employs the Airbus A330 aircraft, outfitted with 27 business class seats and 269 economy class seats, totaling 296 seats. The flight duration is 7 hours and 45 minutes from Brisbane, and 7 hours and 35 minutes from Manila.
Combined with the daily Sydney-Manila route, this now amounts to 11 round trips a week to Manila. The yearly seat capacity will increase by more than 100,000 seats. Connections to Auckland and Christchurch are also available.
