Hyatt Centric Kanazawa is offering ‘Strawberry & Chocolate Afternoon Tea’ from December 1 to February 14, 2025.
The lineup includes juicy fruit-topped tarts, classic shortcakes, and various arrangements of seasonal strawberries, along with strawberry chocolate and white chocolate, mint ice cream that captures cute fruits, trendy churros with a chewy texture, and savory plates featuring creamy soup with Gorojima Kintoki potatoes, quiche with red snow crab, and roasted duck.
For an additional fee of 550 yen, a specialty coffee selection featuring a light roast Ethiopian with the lightness of tea and a Colombian with a hint of cinnamon aroma from “Pesoa Coffee Roasters” in Kanazawa city is available.
The venue is the all-day dining “FIVE – Grill & Lounge”. The tea is available between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM in 2-hour sessions. The price is 4,400 yen.
From December 21 to 25, a Christmas version of the afternoon tea will be available, including churros with a gingerbread man filled with Christmas magic and strawberry ice designed to resemble Santa Claus. The price for this special offer is 5,500 yen, including taxes but excluding service fees.
