Fuji Marriott Hotel Lake Yamanaka is offering a gourmet burger called “The Fuji Mountain Burger with Cheese Fondue” from December 1st until February 28th, 2025. This burger visualizes the snowy scenery of winter’s Mt. Fuji with its cheese sauce.
Imagining the snow-covered landscapes of Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka, the burger has a brioche bun shaped like Mt. Fuji, filled with a patty made from ‘Koshu Wine Beef’ known for its fine texture and sweetness, and layered with thick-cut bacon from ‘Koshu Fuji Sakura Pork’ known for its melting fat and juiciness. Dipping it into a fondue sauce made with Yamanaki Prefecture white wine offers a novel sensory experience.
The burger is available from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the restaurant “Grill＆Dining G”. The price is 4,000 yen, inclusive of tax and service charges.
