Virgin Australia and Air New Zealand have decided to implement a codeshare agreement.
Starting December 9, this will commence on trans-Tasman routes operated by Air New Zealand from Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Passengers will benefit from mileage and status credit accrual, lounge access, through check-in and baggage handling for connecting flights, perks for elite members, and corporate discounts.
