Hilton Tokyo Hosts ‘Strawberry Leopard Fashion Week’

Hilton Tokyo will be hosting a strawberry sweets buffet titled ‘Strawberry Leopard Fashion Week’ from December 27 to mid-April 2025.

Some of the strawberry-based dishes featuring animal prints and fashion elements include ‘Strawberry Leopard Prêt-à-Porter’ – a crispy tart topped with leopard-patterned mango and banana dark chocolate ganache with strawberry topping, ‘Collection Eve’s Winning Bites’ – choux pastries with pistachio cream, apricot, and strawberry jelly, ‘London Collection’s Highlight’ – a hat-shaped cake with almond financier, strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate topping, ‘Finale’s Strawberry Champagne’ – a champagne crush jelly with chia seeds and strawberries, and ‘MOW MOW’s Strawberry Shortcake’ which is a strawberry shortcake made with cream cheese and whipped cream, adorned with cow print decorations, among approximately 20 types of desserts.

Seven varieties of savory items will also be available, including ‘Clam Pepperoncino’, ‘Paté de Campagne with Strawberry Sauce’, and ‘Baked White Fish with Strawberry Salsa Sauce’. For drinks, guests can enjoy a selection of 19 types, including 10 types of tea from Ronnefeldt. A photo booth with the Tokyo Girls Collection logo will also be prepared.

The venue is the “Marble Lounge” on the first floor. Serving times are in two sessions from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, with prices starting from 5,700 yen, including tax and service charges.
