Grand Hyatt Fukuoka will offer a chocolate afternoon tea, ‘All About Spice’, from December 26 to February 28, 2025.
The theme ‘Chocolate × Spice’, features various types of chocolates from the French manufacturer Valrhona, paired with spices that complement each chocolate. The menu includes sweets, scones matched with spiced condiments, and savory dishes highlighting spices. Examples of menu items are ‘Moelleux au Chocolat with Sansho Pepper Flavored Crème Chantilly’, ‘Chocolate Caramel Tart with Tonka Bean Brûlée’, and ‘Ito Island Pork Loin Katsu Sandwich with Miyazaki Prefecture Green Pepper Sauce’.
The location is at the first-floor restaurant ‘The Market F’. Serving hours are from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM with a 2-hour limit, and the last entry is at 7:00 PM. The price is 5,500 yen per adult, tax included, service charge not included.
