Tokyo Bus has initiated the operation of the ‘Chatan Direct Shuttle Bus’ service on December 21.
The service was in trial operation from July 10 to December 20 and has continued as an official route bus since then. The timetable after December 21 follows the trial operation timetable set on September 24. The bus departs Naha Airport at 11:45 am, 1:45 pm, 3:15 pm, 5:15 pm, and 6:45 pm, and departs from Chatan Gateway at noon, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm, taking about one hour. It stops at the entrance of Kokusai Dori (International Street) on the way.
No reservations are needed as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The fare is 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children. Tokyo Bus one-day passes and other free passes cannot be used.
