Emirates to Increase Flights on Dubai-Colombo Route Starting January 2

Emirates will increase flights on the Dubai-Colombo route starting January 2.

The addition will be six round trips per week, excluding Wednesdays, increasing to one daily round trip starting April 1. The aircraft used will be the Boeing 777-300ER, equipped with 8 First Class seats, 42 Business Class seats, and 310 Economy Class seats, totaling 360 seats. The flight duration is 4 hours and 25 minutes from Dubai, and 4 and a half hours from Colombo.

Currently, Emirates operates two direct round trips and one via Male daily. The increase in flights will boost seat capacity by 30%.
