Japan Airlines (JAL) has implemented special measures due to adverse weather caused by snowfall.
As of 6 PM on the 4th, the special measures will be in effect for all flights departing and arriving at Rishiri, Okushiri, Niigata, Komatsu, Izumo, Fukuoka, and Kitakyushu on the 5th, and all flights for Tajima, Oki, Tanegashima, Yakushima, Kikai Island, Amami Oshima, Tokunoshima, Okinoerabu, and Yoron from the 5th to the 6th.
Tickets for the affected flights can be changed, rescheduled, or refunded without any fees, regardless of delays or cancellations.
As of 8 PM on the 4th, cancellations of three domestic flights have already been decided for the 5th, affecting 245 passengers.
