JetBlue Airways will open its Boston-Madrid & Edinburgh route on May 22.
Both routes will operate as seasonal scheduled services with one round trip per day until October 24. The aircraft used will be the Airbus A321LR.
With this, the transatlantic route will have year-round flights from Boston to London/Heathrow and Paris, and seasonal services to Amsterdam, Dublin, London/Gatwick, Edinburgh, and Madrid, with all routes operating one daily round trip. From New York/JFK, there will be year-round flights to London/Heathrow, Paris, and Amsterdam, and seasonal services to Dublin and Edinburgh, all with one daily round trip.
This is their first entry into Spain, expanding their operations in Europe.
