Hilton Tokyo Bay will offer the ‘Cherry Blossom and Fresh Green Chinese Afternoon Tea’ from March 3 to May 30 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
The menu features savory dishes such as “Sakura Shrimp Shumai,” which combines crunchy water chestnuts and shrimp wrapped in a dumpling with fluffy egg white foam on top, and “Gonbao Sauce with Japanese Flying Squid,” where cut and boiled squid is tossed with a sweet and spicy sauce based on soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Also included are dishes like “Deep-fried Sea Bream with Sweet and Sour Sauce,” featuring seasonal sea bream fried crispy and served with finely chopped paprika and cucumber. For sweets, offerings include the “Sour Cherry and Jasmine Composition Parfait,” which combines Basque cheesecake and fromage blanc cream with jasmine tea jelly, and the “Strawberry Dynasty Style Mont Blanc,” which layers strawberry-filled white bean paste on a crunchy cookie and tops it with a swirl of strawberry Mont Blanc cream. Drinks include a selection of six free-flow options, featuring “G&Tea” black tea and Chinese teas.
The location is Dynasty, a Chinese restaurant on the basement level, and service times are from 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM with each session lasting two hours. The fee is 4,900 yen.
