Hoshino Resorts BEB5 Karuizawa will offer the “BEB Extra-Large Afternoon Tea” from April 7 to June 30.
In its third year, this year’s theme is “Honey and Cheese,” featuring an originally crafted honeycomb-shaped wooden frame resembling a beehive.
The menu includes sweets such as mini cakes and baked goods made with honey and cheese, savory items like mini quiches and fresh cheese, and scones accompanied by a set of two types of honey for tasting. The first drink served is “Mead Sparkling,” known for its honey aroma and subtly sweet taste. A free-flow of honey tea, Earl Grey, herbal tea, and apple juice is also available.
Additionally, a “Mini Honey Afternoon Tea Set” is available where guests can choose their favorite sweets from the extra-large afternoon tea and enjoy arranging them themselves.
The service hours are from 2 PM to 5 PM. The price is 3,800 yen (tax included). Reservations on the official website are accepted until the day before.
