Tokyo Midtown is hosting ‘MIDTOWN BLOSSOM 2025’ from March 14 to April 13.
The outdoor, limited-time lounge ‘ROKU MIDTOWN BLOSSOM LOUNGE’ is open, operated by The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. While enjoying cherry blossoms, visitors can savor original cocktails and sweets using Suntory’s Japanese craft gin ‘ROKU’, along with warm food developed by the hotel.
The menu includes ‘ROKU Gin Soda’ (900 yen), ‘ROKU Blossom Cocktail’ (1,200 yen), and ‘Blossom Mocktail’ (800 yen), which combines a refreshing lemonade with sweet and tangy notes. Other offerings are ‘Kosian Yuzu and Berry Rare Cheesecake’ (900 yen), featuring kosian paste and cherry blossom jelly on top, ‘Sakura Strawberry Yuzu’s Pâte de Fruits Pistachio’ (1,400 yen), resembling three-color dango with three flavors of chocolate, and ‘Spring Carbonara’ (1,800 yen) that uses rapeseed blossoms with chewy fresh pasta.
The lounge operates from noon to 8 PM, until 9 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and during full bloom of sakura, with last orders 30 minutes before closing. All prices include tax.
