Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort will offer the ‘Flower Garden Afternoon Tea’ inspired by flowers from April 1 to July 4.
It features eight sweets such as ‘Lemon de Rare Cheese’ representing roses in red, ‘Shikuwasa Tart’ blending almond cream and Shikuwasa-scented jelly, ‘Blueberry Eclair’ combining blueberry and cassis cream, and ‘Elder Syrup Flower Jelly’ using elderflower syrup with flowers floating in transparent jelly. Four savory items including the sakura-themed pink bun ‘Sakura Burger’ and ‘Beet and Soy Milk Smoothie’ are also available.
The venue is the 3rd-floor lobby lounge “Ma Ru,” offering service from Tuesday to Friday, noon to 4:00 PM. Prices are 3,800 yen with coffee or tea, and 6,000 yen with a glass of Moët & Chandon.
