Hotel Villa Fontaine Haneda Airport Launches Complimentary Shuttle Service for Guests to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Disney Resort
Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha has renewed its lobby and, in collaboration with One to Ten, introduced a new kids’ space and a fitness area incorporating digital content.
The kids’ space, themed “Sky Trip ~Okinawa Sky Journey~,” projects illustrations on the walls depicting Okinawa’s “Beautiful Sea,” “Mangrove Forest,” and “Traditional Ryukyu Village” landscapes, along with silhouettes such as “Shurijo Castle,” “Okinawa Soba,” and “Shisa,” totaling 26 Okinawan-themed items. When paper airplanes made from original origami designed with Okinawa motifs like Shisa are flown towards the projection, the true identity of the silhouette images is revealed. The origami used can be taken home as a souvenir. Additionally, high-cushion play equipment is adopted for safety, creating a colorful and bright space. A corner of the space features a bouldering area themed around the blue sky. Upon reaching the top, visitors can press a character-themed button, triggering sound effects.
The fitness area, themed “Ocean Serenity ~Okinawa Sea Journey~,” projects videos of the Okinawan sea and sky, transitioning with actual time from morning and noon to evening and night. The video includes elements such as seagulls flying, ships passing by, and fireworks. A mirror is installed on the opposite wall where the video is projected to enhance the sense of space.
