Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo will begin sales of the “Plaza Floor” from May 31.
With the concept of “Hokkaido-ness” harmonizing tranquility and tradition, the hotel’s top floor, the 21st, has been renovated. The rooms come in six types with a total of 12 rooms, including the Plaza Imperial Suite, Plaza Corner King Suite Style, Plaza King View Bath Suite Style, and Plaza Twin Suite Style. They use wood sourced from Hokkaido for the living tables, entrance doors, and flooring, and employ environmentally friendly materials like plaster made from powdered scallop shells that would otherwise be discarded, and wallpaper made from thinned wood. The elevator hall features art carpets inspired by beautiful landscapes from across Hokkaido.
Furthermore, the club lounge accessible to Plaza Floor guests has been relocated and renovated to the 22nd floor, offering views from the hotel’s top floor along with the same attractive Hokkaido-themed food & drinks. In addition, guests can also freely use dedicated meeting rooms and the gym, sauna, and pool facilities “Pentsept” located on the hotel’s basement level 1.
