
Hilton to Expand ‘NoMad’ in Asia Pacific, Opening in Singapore by 2027
Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower is hosting a ‘Melon Fair’ featuring four melon-themed desserts from May 1 to June 30.
The menu includes the “Whole Melon Sundae” (4,500 yen), which uses a half melon as a bowl topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream; the “Melon Parfait” (3,400 yen), layered with red and green melon jelly enhanced with nata de coco, mascarpone cream, apricot sauce, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, and topped with fresh melon and melon-shaped macaron; the “Melon Pudding A La Mode” (3,500 yen), featuring firm pudding made with milk and whole eggs, decorated with red and green melon, kiwi, and strawberry; and finally, the “Houjicha Chiffon Cake with Melting Melon Cream” (3,200 yen), which surprises diners with melon-based mascarpone cream flowing from the center of a chiffon cake upon serving.
The location is the 20th-floor Lounge South Court. Opening hours are from noon to 8 PM Monday to Thursday, until 9 PM on Fridays, and from 10 AM to 8 PM on weekends and holidays. All prices include tax and service charges.
