
Hoshino Resorts Tomamu Opens ‘Ice Village’ from December 10
Sapporo Prince Hotel is offering the ‘Teppanyaki & Sushi Course Kant’ until December 31.
The menu includes ‘Grilled Teppanyaki Black Wagyu Beef (Shiraoi) Fillet with Three Types of Salt’, ‘Four Varieties of Sashimi’, ‘Seven Pieces of Nigiri Sushi’, ‘Wagyu Beef Sushi’, and ‘Abalone Chawanmushi with the Fragrance of the Sea’. There is also an option to add a ‘Sommelier’s Recommended Pairing Set’ of champagne, white wine, red wine, and sake chosen by a sommelier. Enjoy the chef’s grilled Black Wagyu beef and sushi made by the sushi chef in one dinner.
The location is on the 28th floor at ‘Restaurant Steakhouse Katsura’, within the newly established sushi counter ‘Sushi Bar “KEI”’. Service hours are from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The price is 26,000 yen, and the optional sommelier’s recommended pairing set is an additional 6,600 yen. Both prices include tax and service charge.
