Japan’s StarFlyer to Resume International Flights as Early as FY2026
Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special ticket handling due to expected impacts from Typhoon No. 26 in Japan.
As of 11:30 a.m. on November 11, the special handling applies to flights to and from Yonaguni on November 12 and 13. Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for the affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without fees.
In addition, impacts on operations are a concern due to poor visibility on Tanegashima, Yakushima, Kitadaito, and Minamidaito, and due to strong winds and poor visibility on Kikaijima, Amami Oshima, Tokunoshima, Okinoerabu, and Yoron.
