All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling measures for flight tickets, as heavy snow and poor weather conditions are expected along the Sea of Japan side from northern Japan down to the Hokuriku region.
As of 6:15 p.m. on January 19, special handling will be applied to flights to and from Wakkanai, Memanbetsu, Kushiro, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Sapporo/Chitose, and Hakodate on the 20th, and to and from Aomori, Odate Noshiro, Akita, Shonai, Niigata, Noto, Toyama, Komatsu, Tottori, Yonago, and Hagi Iwami from the 20th through the 21st.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
