Solaseed Air will begin selling flight tickets for travel on and after May 19, starting February 5.
This coincides with the renewal of its passenger service system. The newly introduced fare types are: “Standard,” “Early Sora Value,” “Sora Value,” “Bookable Youth Discount,” “Bookable Senior Discount,” “Caregiver Discount,” “Sora Island Discount,” “Shareholder Benefit Discount Fare,” and award tickets.
From the same date, fares will be revised, and the “Early Sora Value” (available for purchase up to 28 days before departure), “Sora Value” (available for purchase up to the day before departure), and “Standard” (reservations accepted up to the day of departure with the option to change reservations) will be introduced.
For these three fare types, a 25% discount will apply to child fares and a 20% discount to disability discount fares. Round-trip fares, which are cheaper than one-way fares, as well as connecting fares, will also be offered.
In addition, fare types with specified eligible passengers will be introduced: “Bookable Youth Discount,” “Bookable Senior Discount,” “Caregiver Discount,” “Sora Island Discount,” and “Shareholder Benefit Discount Fare.”
Furthermore, the age categories will be changed so that infants are defined as 1 year old and under, and children are defined as between 2 and 11 years old. Open tickets will no longer be offered.
For checked baggage, the allowance will be changed to up to 2 pieces per person, each up to 23 kilograms and with total dimensions of up to 158 centimeters. Members of the Solaseed Smile Club will be allowed up to 3 pieces.
