All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling for flight tickets, as heavy snowfall and poor weather conditions are expected.
As of 7:00 a.m. on February 8, special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from Tokyo/Haneda on February 8. Regardless of whether the affected flights are delayed or cancelled, ticket holders on these designated flights can change, rebook, or refund their tickets free of charge.
Departing flights are experiencing delays due to aircraft de-icing operations, and ANA notes that this may also cause delays to subsequent flights.
