Air Busan will launch the Kagoshima–Busan route on October 25.
The airline will operate three weekly round trips on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, using Airbus A321 aircraft. Flight time will be 1 hour and 5 minutes from Kagoshima and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Busan. The service will operate through March 26, 2027.
Air Busan has previously operated winter charter flights on the same route. Demand from tourists traveling for golf is particularly strong, with the most recent service having operated in 2025.
