
Tokyo Station Hotel to Host Traveling Afternoon Tea with NEWBY
Hotel Nikko Osaka will hold its “Nama-ra Fun! Hokkaido Fair” from September 1 through November 30.
The menu will include Yume no Daichi pork, mushroom and eggplant salad; Hokkaido carpaccio; Hokkaido potage soup; oven-baked Hokkaido cod; tiramisu made with Hokkaido mascarpone cheese; and Hokkaido white corn chocolate mousse. For lunch, regional ramen dishes will be offered on a monthly rotation, including Hakodate salt ramen and Sapporo miso ramen. On weekends and public holidays, guests can enjoy a seafood rice bowl topped with Hokkaido seafood of their choice. Chef performance menu items will include a monthly lunch dish featuring Hokkaido seafood, such as Hokkaido salmon and cream cheese baked in puff pastry or Hokkaido scallop and potato gratin. For dinner, chefs will grill Shihoro Kuro-ushi, a branded Hokkaido beef, sirloin steak in front of guests. A “Hokkaido Quiz” will also be held, with three winners selected by lottery to receive a pair of one-night accommodation vouchers with breakfast at group hotels in Hokkaido.
The event will be held at Café Restaurant Serena on the second floor. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in 90-minute seatings, while dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in 120-minute seatings. Prices start at 6,500 yen for adults, 5,000 yen for guests aged 65 and over, 2,800 yen for elementary school children, and 1,500 yen for preschool children aged 4 and over. Children aged 3 and under dine free. All-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages are available from 3,300 yen. Tax and service charge are included.
