Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu is holding a “Hokkaido Fair” from May 1st to June 30th.
For a limited time, they will prepare special lunch and dinner courses using ingredients from Hokkaido. The lunch menu includes a total of 8 dishes such as “Autumn salmon and Tokachi mash with spicy corn foam”, “Erimo short-horn beef steamed soup”, and others, while the dinner menu offers a total of 12 dishes including “Steamed crab with wild sansho and garlic”, “Cold black hair Wagyu sirloin with a hint of Hokkaido mountain wasabi”, among others. Some of the menu items can be selected from several options.
The venue is the Chinese restaurant “Suzun Restaurant Chen” on the 3rd floor. Opening hours for lunch are from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm (last order at 2:00 pm), and from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm for dinner (last order at 7:00 pm). The price for lunch is 6,500 yen, and for dinner, 19,000 yen, including service charge and tax.
