Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi will be offering a lunch set with a mango parfait from May 21st to July 17th.
The parfait consists of fresh mango, mango brulee, verbena jelly, and passion fruit sauce. By using less cream and more fruit sauces and herb jellies, the parfait emphasizes the natural flavors of the fruit, resulting in a refreshing taste. The set includes an appetizer & salad buffet, today’s mini pasta, mango parfait, and coffee or tea.
The location is on the 27th floor at Dining & Bar “Tenkuu.” The service is available on weekdays from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM (last order at 2 PM) on a 2-hour basis. The price is 5,200 yen, including service charge and tax. Reservation is required by the day before.
