TKP is set to open its accommodation facility ‘TKP Cottage Hotel (Tentative Name)’ inside AEON MALL Hanyu’s ‘nONIWA’ in April 2025.
‘nONIWA’ is a new commercial facility concept proposed by AEON MALL, integrating outdoor and plaza-style shopping areas. In AEON MALL Hanyu, the Hanyu GRAND PARK project is being advanced to revitalize the area with the mall as its core, with ‘HANYU nONIWA’ already opened ahead.
The site will cover 2,000 tsubo, featuring 30 trailer house-type units. Plans include accommodations that allow pets, day use and day-return barbecue facilities, corporate lodging training with exclusive rentals, and collaborations with other tenants.
Access is approximately 15 minutes by car from Tobu Railway’s Hanyu Station, and about 20 minutes by car from the Hanyu Interchange (IC) on the Tohoku Expressway.
