The building has 14 floors above ground, offering 294 rooms in three types: Standard, Twin, and Deluxe Twin. Some Standard rooms can be connected with adjacent rooms to form Connect Twins. The hotel features an open-air bath and a coin laundry.
The hotel is approximately a 4-minute walk from JR Hiroshima Station.
