The Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay is hosting the ‘LeaLea Hawaiian Buffet’ from June 1 to September 1.
Using the Hawaiian word ‘LeaLea,’ meaning ‘joy and happiness,’ as its title, the buffet offers visually stunning Hawaiian food. Menu examples include roast beef, loco moco, Hawaiian-style ramen ‘Saimin,’ mahi-mahi with furikake, passion fruit cheesecake, and açai bowl berry crumble among others. A kids’ menu featuring Teddy Bear curry and a DIY dessert corner for making original parfaits will also be available.
A discount of 500 yen per adult is offered to guests who visit in Hawaiian attire. During the Obon period from August 10th to 18th at dinner, Hawaiian leis are presented as gifts.
The buffet is available at the 1st floor café restaurant ‘The Café.’ Lunch service is on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays including the Obon period from noon to 3 PM, and dinner during the Obon period from 5 PM to 9 PM under a 100-minute system, while the rest of the period it’s from 5:30 PM to 9 PM (last order 30 minutes before closing). Prices are 5,000 yen for lunch, 6,800 yen for dinner (7,800 yen during the Obon period only), and half-price for children aged 6 to 12. Optional free-flow drinks (white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks) cost 2,500 yen, Kona beer at 1,200 yen each, and two types of cocktails are 1,000 yen each. Prices include service charge and tax.
