Hilton Tokyo will offer a summer dinner buffet from June 14th until September 1st.
The menu includes oysters topped with salmon roe and sea urchin, three types of daily sushi, beef sirloin wrapped in brioche dough and slow-cooked ‘Beef Wellington’, Kerala shrimp moilee curry with prawns and coconut in the style of South India, an original salad made with 10 types of vegetables and 15 varieties of condiments, and homemade bread from the hotel. The dessert selection features 10 varieties from the ‘Sweets Time Machine’ dessert buffet.
The location is on the ground floor ‘Marble Lounge’. Business hours are from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 2-hour limit. The price on weekdays is 7,300 yen, and 8,100 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The drink menu includes a 90-minute free flow of alcoholic beverages for 4,500 yen and a 90-minute free flow of soft drinks for 1,500 yen. Prices include service charge and tax.
