Qatar Airways has extended its long-term partnership with the International Football Association (FIFA) through 2030.
Qatar Airways has been a top partner of FIFA since 2017. On the first anniversary of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, the partnership agreement was renewed. Qatar Airways CEO, Mr. Akbar Al Baker, and FIFA President Gianni Infantino held a signing ceremony at Hamad International Airport in Doha, in front of a Boeing 787-8 and an Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
The renewed partnership includes the 2026 and 2030 FIFA World Cups, the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the FIFA U-17 World Cup to be held in Indonesia, and other youth tournaments.
