Japan Airlines (JAL) has announced that it will end its ‘CLASS EXPLORER’ membership organization on March 31, 2024.
Launched in October 2019 with the concept of “Providing new experiences that enrich life for ‘explorers’ (adventurers) who travel in search of unknown experiences without losing their intellectual curiosity,” membership was by invitation only.
Initially, the program was operated by JAL Digital Experience, a joint venture established by JAL and Nomura Research Institute in February 2019, but in January 2022, the operation was transferred to JAL.
