Japan Airlines (JAL) is celebrating the 70th anniversary of its international flight service with a campaign aimed at promoting overseas travel among young people.
This offer targets Japan region members of the JAL Mileage Bank aged 18 to 29, granting them a bonus of 3,500 miles for each one-way flight. The application period is from December 8 to 27, with the boarding period from January 1 to March 31, 2024. All routes, except for codeshare flights, are included. ‘Flex’ fares, infant fares, award tickets, packaged tours, and dynamic package tours are not eligible, and due to the Fair Trade law, only fares of 52,500 yen and above for round trips, or 26,250 yen for one-way, will qualify.
Moreover, JAL Pay users who spend over 10,000 yen on overseas shopping will be eligible to share a total of 1 million JAL Pay points. The application period for this promotion is from December 8 to March 31, 2024, with the spending period from January 1 to March 31, 2024. This offer is available for individuals aged 15 to 29.
In addition, JAL’s Overseas Dynamic Package offers free Wi-Fi router rentals, and international flights include time-limited sales and commemorative charter flights.
