Etihad Airways and China Eastern Airlines are enhancing their strategic cooperation.
The collaboration will expand to include codeshare, frequent flyer partnerships, cargo transportation, maintenance, repair and overhaul, ground handling, catering, lounge access, and staff training.
China Eastern Airlines is considering launching flights to Abu Dhabi. China anticipates benefits from the Belt and Road initiative and the Air Silk Road, while the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is eager to welcome more tourists.
