Spring Japan has announced special measures for flight tickets due to the collision incident between a JAL aircraft and a Japan Coast Guard plane at Haneda Airport.
These measures apply to domestic and international flights scheduled for boarding by March 30, with the procedures being accepted until January 31.
For domestic flights, changes or refunds can be made within 30 days from the scheduled departure date, and for international flights, changes to alternative flights or refunds can be made without fees until March 30. Payment processing fees are not included in the refund. Refunds will be accepted up to 24 hours before the departure time.
For people who purchased their tickets from travel agencies, excluding Expedia, they are advised to inquire with the agency they purchased from.
