The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo Opens French Restaurant ‘Héritage by Kei Kobayashi’
The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo has opened a French restaurant, ‘Héritage by Kei Kobayashi’, on the 45th floor on January 29.
Michelin three-starred chef Kei Kobayashi, active in Paris, has produced everything from the cuisine to the crockery, service, and the ambiance. The restaurant’s name, ‘Héritage’, embodies Kobayashi’s hope that it will serve as an opportunity for people to become interested in French cuisine.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Operating hours are from noon to 4 PM for lunch, and from 6 PM to 10:30 PM for dinner. Last entry is 1.5 hours before closing. Prices for course meals, including tax and service charge, start from 11,800 yen for lunch and from 24,800 yen for dinner.
