Suzuyo Holdings is transferring all its shares of Skymark to Suzuyo Sky Partners Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership.
In November 2023, Suzuyo Holdings acquired 7.85 million shares of Skymark from Integral, becoming the majority shareholder with a 13.01% voting rights ratio. The transfer price is set at the same acquisition price of 895 yen per share, with the transfer date planned for March 25.
