Hilton and Daiwa House Realty Management have opened “DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station” on March 29.
The building is nine stories high. The guest rooms include executive rooms and suites among 16 types totaling 266 rooms. The interior designs vary by floor, offering retro-modern style, classic style based on purple, and Japanese-style rooms. Facilities include a café lounge, fitness center, executive lounge, and meeting rooms, incorporating traditional Kyoto crafts, artifacts, and decorations in the interior.
The all-day dining “Harvest Kitchen” serves menu items such as the “Double Smash Burger” with Saikyo miso mayonnaise, “Double Oyakodon” using Tanba chicken, and “Bonsai Tiramisu”.
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hachijo East Exit of JR Kyoto Station.
