The Tokyo Station Hotel will start selling “Mango Parfait” and “Mango Soda” from May 13th.
The Mango Parfait is finished with a five-layer structure including mango passion fruit jelly, mango mousse, and coconut blancmange. Using two types of mangoes, domestic and from Mexico, it presents a deep and nuanced flavor.
Mango Soda features a refreshing taste with fresh mango puree accented by lemon, topped with edible flowers.
Prices are: Mango Parfait alone for 4,000 yen, with coffee or tea set for 5,500 yen; Mango Soda alone for 2,200 yen, and the set of Mango Parfait and Mango Soda for 5,800 yen, all including service charge and tax. Available at the Lobby Lounge on the first floor from 11:00 AM.
