The Westin Yokohama is selling its original burger, ‘Sea & Land,’ from June 12 to September 1.
This luxurious hamburger, limited to five meals per day, uses premium ingredients. It features a homemade brioche bun blackened with bamboo charcoal, stuffed with domestic beef patty, foie gras, abalone, and sautéed shrimp. The sauce is a special tomato chutney made with tomatoes from Kanagawa Prefecture.
The location is on the 23rd floor ‘Code Bar.’ It is available from 3 PM to 12 AM (last order at 11 PM). The price is 7,800 yen, including service charge and tax.
