Royal Pines Hotel Urawa is offering ‘Dolce Shaved Ice’ from June 15 to August 31.
Three types of patissier-handcrafted ‘Dolce Shaved Ice’ are available. The menu includes ‘Amarin’ (¥1,400), made solely with a special strawberry syrup from the Saitama prefecture’s original strawberry ‘Amarin’, ‘Caramel Lemon Cheese’ combining lemon curd, yogurt espuma, and crumble, and ‘Zunda & Saikyo Miso’ (each ¥1,200) blending edamame cream and Saikyo miso. All prices are tax included.
The location is the first-floor pastry shop ‘La Mora.’ Service hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last order at 4 p.m.).
