Sapporo Prince Hotel is hosting the “Hawaiian Fair 2024” from July 1st to August 31st.
At the buffet restaurant Hapuna, under the theme of “Hokkaido × Hawaii”, dishes such as “Hokkaido Scallop and Seafood Poke”, and “Kenbuchi Potato and White Fish Laulau” combining Hokkaido ingredients with Hawaiian cuisine will be featured. The live kitchen will offer items like “Miyazaki Pork Hawaiian BBQ Grill” and “Roast Beef with Polynesian Sauce”. Lunch hours are from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, with last orders for food at 2 pm, and for drinks and desserts at 2:15 pm. Prices are 3,500 yen for adults at lunch, and 6,000 yen at dinner, including tax and service charge. Note that hours and prices will change from August 10th to 18th.
The “Sky Lounge Top of Prince” will serve drinks such as “Mixed Berry Lava Flow”, “Passionfruit Champagne Cocktail – Lino –”, and “Safety Blue Hawaii”. Operating hours are from 5:30 pm to 11 pm, with food last orders at 10 pm and drinks at 10:30 pm. Prices start from 1,500 yen. Table charge and service fee are separate, including tax.
Additionally, the “International House Pamir” will hold a two-day limited Hawaiian dinner buffet featuring a variety of Hawaiian dishes along with free drinks including alcohol. This event is on August 8th and 9th, operating from 6 pm to 9 pm, with last orders at 8:30 pm. Prices are from 9,000 yen for adults.
