Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk will offer a limited September menu for their dim sum lunch ‘Rose’ from September 4th to 29th.
The menu includes 18 varieties, such as ‘Scallop and Mushroom Salad with Mild French Mustard,’ ‘Braised Pork Belly’ cooked slowly for three hours, and ‘Fried Chicken’ marinated in ginger and garlic. For the finale, guests can choose from traditional Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk ‘Tan Tan Noodles,’ ‘Duck Fried Rice’ using Peking duck, or ‘Chicken and Green Onion Soup Noodles’ accented with garlic and chili miso. Chinese desserts like ‘Almond Tofu’ and ‘Coconut Dumplings’ will be served after the meal.
The location is the ‘Chinese Cuisine Boukai-rou’ on the 5th floor. Available from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM with last orders at 1:30 PM. The price is 4,400 yen, including tax and service charges.
