IHG ANA Hotels Group Japan announced the appointment of Kiyoto Iinuma as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Iinuma began his career at the Tokyo ANA Hotel (now ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo) and has held various positions including Director of Revenue Management at IHG’s Tokyo Support Center, Cluster General Manager overseeing ANA Crowne Plaza hotels in Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kanazawa, and Toyama, and Operations Director at the Tokyo Support Center.
